Frank Zaubi plays a critical role as over-arching coordinator for Gray Ghost Ventures’ investment portfolio and social value creation initiatives, as well as all operational issues. Frank’s strong interest is in encouraging enterprises and partners that reach individuals with innovative models focused on poverty alleviation, dedicated financial sector infrastructure and support services.

Frank has more than 30 years of experience in financial industry operations management, including senior positions with Wachovia Bank NA, the First National Bank of Atlanta, and National City Corp. He managed eight operating centers in five states and served as project manager for Wachovia’s enterprise expense/staffing strategies plan, among other accomplishments. An alumni of Cleveland State University, Frank earned an MBA in Systems Management from Baldwin-Wallace College, and is a graduate of the Stonier School of Banking at Rutgers University. He has taught the Principles of Bank Operations in Cleveland and Atlanta through the American Institute of Banking.
