In the process of pursuing program activities and addressing investment opportunities, Gray Matters Capital seeks to build a robust network of "developers". These are highly-skilled and seasoned professionals who want to apply the talents they have built over successful business careers to create positive social impact in the emerging market context. These consultants allow Gray Matters to address opportunities in innovative ways. Developers engage with GMC by mentoring, coaching and playing governance roles for the entrepreneurs, enterprises and initiatives within our portfolio of investments and programs.     Retired Commercial and Investment Banker, Wachovia Corporation

    Bill Hamlet is a retired commercial and investment banker with over 27 year of experience with the Wachovia Corporation. He currently mentors business school upperclassmen at UNC Wilmington, in the Cameron Executive Network. Bill also serves on the board of the Landfall Architectural Review Board and several committees of the Landfall Foundation, a Wilmington non-profit.
