Erika Norwood, Communications & Program Associate, is responsible for increasing awareness of the Affordable Private School Initiative and advancing the Foundation's reputation. She is also responsible for overseeing the marketing, content development and website management for EnterprisingSchools.com website. Erika works closely with the resource team to increase the visibility of the portal and develop the global online community where practitioners of the affordable private school sector connect to network, learn and share resources around the APS sector.
Prior to joining the foundation, Erika served as the International Education Program Assistant for Gray Ghost Ventures. Within this role, she worked under the Managing Director to ensure the appropriate
processes and systems were in place to support the program’s mission and provided back office support.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Erika worked as a Marketing Associate at an Atlanta-based consulting firm where she worked with clients to develop innovative, actionable marketing strategies.
Erika holds a B.A. in International Business from American Intercontinental University and is currently pursuing her M.B.A. at Georgia State University.
