Gray Matters Capital has co-created a Quality Charter for Affordable Private Schools with National Independent Schools Alliance (NISA) with an aim to enhance quality of education imparted in schools which adopt the charter.

Gray Matters Capital has supported 6 schools in Ambala (Haryana) to implement an innovative school transformation model- The Muni Model, developed by Muni International School, New Delhi.
The project entails schools learning and implementing 40 innovative pedagogical techniques to improve student learning outcomes. The Muni Model has been recognised for its innovation and student-focus at many forums and is one of the first schools to be part of Ashoka’s Changemakers Schools.
This project was launched in August 2017.
