Lead - Post Investment, edLABS
Srinita leads the Post Investment of Gray Matters Capital’s edLABS portfolio. Much like art being a form of self-expression; inking the glass walls of the office with time value calculations of investments made, is Srinita’s way of expressing her numerical bent of mind.
She brings with her over 9 years of experience in banking, finance, startups and operations domain. She holds an MBA degree from Leeds University Business School, UK.
Before joining Gray Matters Capital, Srinita worked with HDFC Bank and Imperial Innovations -Startup Incubator, India where she held leadership positions. She has also been part of a short-term project with Village Capital.
It was while working for a non-profit consulting project as a Fujitsu JAIMS Scholar in Japan and Thailand, did
Srinita realize her interest and need to work for the impact space focusing on the education sector.
She has been felicitated with the JAIMS President’s Award on Innovation for her solution on social impact.
Be it with her culinary skills of Sushi making, her virtuosity with chopsticks to creating origami masterpieces, there’s a revelation that tumbles out of her repository everyday. A state level swimmer, she spends her weekends making her opponents stretch on the badminton court.
