Gray Matters Capital, Inc. (“GMC”) has become aware that certain unauthorised third parties are misusing the name “Gray Matters Capital,” its logo, and SEBI FPI Registration No. INUSFP003015 in connection with stock market–related solicitation and purported investment advisory activities. Forged documents falsely purporting to be regulatory certificates issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States (SEC) are also being circulated.
GMC categorically clarifies that:
- It has no association whatsoever with any such activities or representations;
- It is not an investment broker or advisor in any jurisdiction;
- it does not provide investment advice, stock tips, trading signals, advisory services, or assured return schemes, nor does it operate any retail-facing trading or investment solicitation channels; and
- It does not solicit or receive investments from any third party (retail or otherwise) in any manner.
Appropriate complaints are being filed with the relevant regulatory and cybercrime authorities for investigation and necessary action.
The members of the public are advised to exercise utmost caution and independently verify the authenticity of any communication claiming association with GMC.

Any person dealing with such unauthorised individuals or entities does so entirely at their own risk, and GMC shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever.
