Harsh has joined GMC's investment team as an Associate. Harsh has more than 3 years
of experience in corporate finance and front-end investment banking while working for
couple of mid-size firms in India like o3 Capital. Additionally, he has worked at Citibank in
their Treasury Department. Over the course of his career, he has advised clients on
successful M&A and PE transactions in the Consumer and Healthcare sectors.

Interested in learning about different businesses, he is on the lookout for entrepreneurs who
are using technology and digitization to reinvent education, revolutionize health and
wellness, create higher-purpose lending businesses, and create impact-focused
brands/businesses. Hence, believes in creating profits with a purpose.

Previously, he has also worked with various Venture Capital Funds to evaluate investment
opportunities in start-ups across the APAC region across the health-tech and consumer-tech
sectors.

He is a CFA (USA) and a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent) from India. He graduated
from N.M. College (Mumbai University) with a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting.

Harsh has also been a national-level hockey player and has represented Maharashtra and
Western Railways. His free time is spent playing and watching hockey, volleyball, and
cricket. He enjoys traveling, trekking, and writing sketches/spoofs as well.
