Srinita manages alternate finance investment projects/ programs. She leads the Income Share Agreement - Financing Projects focusing on diversity, inclusion, and gender equity. She has over 14 years of experience in banking, finance, startups, and operations. She holds an MBA degree from Leeds University Business School, UK.

Before joining Gray Matters Capital, Srinita worked with HDFC Bank and Imperial Innovations -Startup Incubator, India, where she held leadership positions. She has also been part of a short-term project with Village Capital. While working for a non-profit consulting project as a Fujitsu JAIMS Scholar in Japan and Thailand, Srinita realized her interest and need to work for the impact space focusing on education, diversity, and inclusion. She has been felicitated with the JAIMS President's Award on Innovation for her solution on social impact.
